Makes me glad I bought a 3000 on 5.02FW for £100 rather than a 1000 for £70

Yeah... It says:
Sony, PSP Battery Pack, 3.6v, 2200mAh with Gold-ish/Bronze-ish writing.

Looks like this:

Urr... The Slim Pandora one... I actually have no idea if it fit in properly or not. Like when I put it in, I am not sure if it is placed in properly.

Jams... Damn. I am so jealous... Just reading that it came with the camera... Ahh...

I actually have a PSP 3000, but it has 6.20 firmware. That's the only thing about it...

It is bricked, the LED for power is broken and the headphone jack sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

I attempted to fix it, but I bought the wrong battery... so now, I am just curious to know how much this PSP could go for in eBay.

You can unbrick it with pandora battery.

I'm pretty sure you can just hold down the contact on the pandora battery and it should still work on a phat. It's still worth a shot.

You do know there is a softmod sticky right? Well even simplier use PSPGrader and grab the 5.00 eboot.

Oh well and I didn't even need that softmod guide.

When you say hold anything do you mean a button? I think you can set it to an autoboot. If you mean your slim pandora then yes you have to hold it so it makes a proper connection.

If you buy a slim remember its a crap shoot.

Okay, try maintaining L button pressed, if that doesn't work install despertar del cementerio in your ms.

R button is for access recovery menu

ENJOY! Read it carefully.

OR easy if you can:

Get a pandora battery and Magic memory stick that will let you hack your ps and unbrick it at the same time.

I am thinking about buying:
- a New 4GB or 8GB Memory Stick [so this 1GB can be used to unbrick anytime]
- a Pandora Battery for the PSP Phat [maybe not... At least I know my Slim one works with my Phat anytime]

I bricked my PSP and quite honestly unbricking it is one of the easiest things to do. Look at ProtoKun's guide to making a MMS/Pandora battery. Make a Magic Memory Stick, buy/make a Pandora battery, pop in the battery, turn on the PSP, and select to install either Sony OFW or M33 CFW. I installed M33 then upgraded to 5.50 GEN. Easy as pie.

Anyway, I have a 4GB memory stick and a 2GB one. Most games are

haha thanks. i actually watch my anime on my PSP as well . i currently own a 1GB and a 2GB. i could only fit 25 episodes on a 2GB and the 1GB held all my music. now i wanted to upgrade to a 4GB and a 8GB.

i might wait for a sale to see prices drop... and if i get those... this is how it will work:
- 1GB for unbricking, installing CFW, installing OFW if necessary
- 2GB for music
- 4GB for anime
- 8GB for games

so much to bring around... x]

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
