Digital Foundry tested load times from the internal NAND, SD cards and Switch cartridges. The internal NAND was the fastest but they tested the 32GB stock NAND. How do the 256GB NAND chips you can buy online compare?

Pretty similar to stock nand, it also depends on the 256gb emmc. I only use Samsung emmc because it has 64mb cache, Sandisk for example only has 4mb
