I'm not sure what you mean. U-Indexer is a PC program which catalogs (and more) loadiine games on your HD. Select a directory on your HD with games backups you have ripped from your legal games collection and you wil see a lot of game information including game descriptions. It's also capable of downloading and copying game updates with JNUStool. So i hope it's clear you can't use U-indexer on the WiiU itself.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
