Hacking How do you update an R4 Card?

I used to have an R4 Card, but sadly, due to an update, I believe 10.0 or something like that, it gives me "An error occurred". I heard you need to update the card, how do you do that?

Which card? There's so many that you have to be specific.

I think the original R4 can only work with a third party launcher.

That sort of thing is a flashcart software issue, you wouldn't get a Nintendo "An error occurred" screen.

But yeah, you have to be more specific, there are so many "R4" cards. What's the URL on the label of the card? A picture would be nice if possible.

Time to describe it lol, It has a 4 gb SD card, It says WiFi at the top left, And it say R4i 3DS (But it cannot load 3DS roms), and at the bottom it says
(N3DS/NDSi XL/NDSi/NDSL/NDS) and it gives me their website which is R4i-SDHC
