How do you report people?

This one user keeps PMing me with the same phrase/word over and over..... It's annoying as hell.
How do I report him? I still got the PMs in my inbox if you need proofs.

in your message control panel there is an option called PM Block list.

Go to the member list and filter it to only show Global Moderators

Any of the mods will be willing to help. I have sent a couple of PM's about spam bots and Viagra ads and usually get a quick response.
