Gaming How do you play videos in a DS picture?

^ in the example above the person who created the video shows a picture of a DS and plays a video inside the picture (skip to 00:39), I tried to contact the person but they didn't reply, does anyone know how to create a video like that and which software must i use to do that? And is it possible to get a picture of an entire DS and play two video's at once on either screen?

This is a mock-up. He took a photo of a DS and aligned a scaled down video onto the screen area. You can do this with almost every video editing software.

You could probably do that with Microsoft Powerpoint. No need to download any fancy video editors.

is it possible to do that in windows movie maker?
