The easiest way to tell if a 360 is jtaggable is to see if it is on the blade dash. If not do not fret some NXE dashboards sre hackable too. Go to sysem settings>console settings and highlight system info. On the upper right you will see "Dashboard: x.x.xxxx.x". Look at the 4 numbers that arent separated by dots. if it is less that 7371 then it is jtagable. If it is 7371 you will need a dump of the firmware and check the CB value to be absolutely sure (though 90% of 7371 is hackable). The hackable CB's differ from board to board but most tutorials will tell you which ones are hackable.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1 -

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
