I guess I should tell you the real way to become one of those people that bans people, as you so eloquently put it.
The first step is to figure who the mods and ops are. Here we have Narin, Costello, Toni Plutonji, and Law, just to name a few. You then need to send these people as many private messages as possible (that way they know you are interested in becoming one of the people who ban people).
After you send each person several messages, you start talking about wanting to be a person who becomes someone who bans people (so that the rest of the community will start to accept you). After all of that you should be a person who can ban people. This is a very quick process and should only take a few minutes.
