how do I restore my emunand?

I've used SX OS in the past. I've switched to atmosphere a year ago but I was still using my emunand. Now my SD Card is corrupt and I can't get into my emunand anymore. Booting into CFW works. So how do I create a new emunand? I'm sure I've to wipe the old one. I've copied all my content from the old SD card to the new SD card and I can't boot into the emunand so I am sure I've to create a new one but just how exactly do I do this?

Test your card for fake/damage using h2testw

Format your SDCard as FAT32 w/ 32k block size using rufus

I started Rufus as Admin but I can NOT select my brand new legit San Disk SD CARD. There is nothing in the drop down menu. Any idea what to do? Thanks.

Undefined your boot selection…it’s not necessary. Then hit show advanced and allow USB drives.
