Hacking how do i remove wii update from a image?

i want to play my original copy of mario kart but my wii wants to update itself.....i have copyed the disk to an image using wii dvd dump, i think i once saw a program that removes updates from images but i can not remember what it was called

i have tried the search function but cant seem to fine it

Run the original game from Gecko OS and it will not prompt you to update.

I use Wiibrickblocker then check it wiu but you can use Wiu for everything if you want.

Either that or you can use Starfall.

Try Wii update patcher. I tried it with Brawl before. It works!
