QUOTE(Dookieman @ Jan 10 2009, 09:45 AM) LOL It would have GAMMA written across the top in giant green letters.

There has Gamma to be written in your loader and you need the Gamma cIOS. Now it gets very easy: If you are not sure which cIOS your have, it's the wrong one.

to further clarify the post above, you'll need cIOS249. I believe WiiGator bundles it with Gamma.

If you really think this way, you are a candidate for using beta while thinking you use Gamma. Even the alpha(0.1) cIOS was installed as IOS249. If you install any other cIOS than a rev7 cIOS you are not actually running Gamma. There are 2 rev7 cIOS, the one from Gamma and Waninkoko's cIOS36rev7.

  • NinStar @ NinStar:
it doesn't exist, at least not for aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    ohhhhh
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
on tiramisu you can access it by opening mii maker
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    okay
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
but homebrew is appearing in the home menu btw
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
    yes, now I remember it
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
then it is working, I also don't like that they did this but it is the only option you have if you are using aroma
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

@BigOnYa, How do I make enemies respawn on gdevelop after
    the player dies?

Carrying a PC or phone is so old school!
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Squeeze your cheeks twice to answer calls!
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
