Homebrew How do I hack a 3DS without a SD card?

Ok, so I opened the link you sent me about 10 minutes ago or something. Do I have to download it? And how do I use it for hacking my 3DS?

For the 3DS, microSD Management. You'll be asked to make these.

Here's my example.

• User Name: User
  
• Password: 1111
  
• Name: 3DS-6969

In muCommander on the right panel, I type this in the address bar.

• smb://3DS-6969/microSD/

There is an Authentication window. Choose:

• Connect as: User
• Login: User
• Password: 1111

Both computer and 3DS must be connected to the same Internet.
