If you try this way, be prepared that your 3DS might become unusable until you buy an SD adapter - you might have to change files over while the 3DS is off. And if you're relying on network file transfer this won't be possible.

Yeah did not think about that actually. Could you get around this using GodMode9's chainloader menu?

OP's 3ds isn't hacked. He's trying to figure a way to transfer files between micro SD card and computer without a micro-to-standard adapter.

I know, but Quantumcat brought up a good point. When modding a 3DS, after installing boot9strap, you have to delete boot.firm
and replace it with the boot.firm file from Luma CFW to be able to boot into CFW Sysnand. If you chainload, it should work, else OP needs to buy a USB card reader or a full size SD card adapter (many microsd cards come with these, but not all.)

Yah, I replied earlier about getting a SD-to-USB adapter and FTP between Android phone (if it has microSD reader) and Windows. It seems purchasing those are out of the question for the moment, and his phone might not have a card reader.

The name is: 3DS-8784

Ok. Now, leave the microsd management app alone on your 3DS (don't close it) and move to your PC. Open File Explorer, and on the left hand side highlight "This PC". On the right hand side you will see "Local Drive (C)" and any other drives your PC can access. Can you see an icon with the name "3DS-8784"?
