Hacking how do i find the "high id" of an application?

i am using advanced badge editor to make custom forwarder badges. but i have a problem. [redacted] displays only the low IDs of an application, and advanced badge editor is asking for a low and high id. how do i find the high id? sorry if this is a stupid question.

wait im stupid. if you have the same issue as me, the High ID is in the name of the category the low ID is listed in.
