You're asking the wrong question 
To delete the mii channel's save you need JK; but the Mii database is actually in shared extdata f000000b, which can be reached even by a 3dsx!
I don't know if just deleting the CFL_DB is enough (or safe), though...

how do i delete it or where can i find an empty one?
btw i used ikki's file found here https://gbatemp.net/threads/mii-plaza-is-it-possible.420479/page-2. ive accidentally imported the shared exdata now i have whatever she has in her mii maker
