I mean, I used to do that before, but now, the UI has completly changed (I haven't been onj my paypal account for a while).
I googled and it asks me to contact the seller, but the seller doesnt answer, so I go with the resolution center as they told me...
But it's still about contacting the seller.
It even says I have to take action before May 4, but...
Anyway, is there another way to ask for a refund on Paypal?

    Easy.

    1. Click at the bottom on "View All" to get the Transaction ID
    2. Then, back to the main page, scroll a bit down > Click on "Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre"

Make sure to act before the deadline.

As you've stated, you need to take action before or on May 4th otherwise you lose the option to.

You contact seller through resolution centre, if nothing comes of it and no refund is granted then you open the dispute until you get your refund.... NEVER close the dispute until you get your money back even if the seller says 'close the dispute then i will give the money'. Some shitty sellers do this to trick you into closing the dispute then they dont refund and you will have no chance to get your money back.
