Hardware How can I uninstall the IDU mode on 3.63?

I was silly and let my ps vita update while it was in idu mode... I rebuilt the database restored the system and updated via cma but it is still in kiosk mode :/

Now the only way to go back to Retail mode is to get one of the cartridges that allows you to switch from IDU to Retail mode. But good luck on that, as Sony only gives them to retailers (obviously), and they aren't supposed to sell them, so if you have the chance to find one, it'll probably be very expensive.
