How can I transfer Software, Update, DLC, and Savedata to the SD card for a single title, then transfer back to System Memory?
I'm willing to use unofficial tools.
I refuse to use USB drives.

You can't transfer anything (with official tools) to the SD, but as said above, use system settings to transfer directly from usb to internal memory

Well, the best option (ie, the one that's guaranteed to not get any databases out of sync with the files) then is using Saviine or ftpiiu-everywhere to backup the saves, deleting everything, reinstalling base app/update/dlc from NUS files with wupinstaller, and restoring the save!
