So I have my old 3DS's sd card contents but don't have the ability to dump saves with something like checkpoint because that 3DS is bricked, is there some way I can restore saves using checkpoint on another 3DS with just the sd card files that I have from my old 3DS?

@RyuShinobi500 I don't think that will work, save files are encrypted per console which is why we need tools like check, to decrypt them and re-encrypt for the console they get restored on. Also you could get those files by plugging the SD card into a computer?

@Treeko you may be able to do something if you have a NAND backup of the bricked console or the moveable.sed, which will allow you to decrypt the contents of the SD card.
