So I found these tools that allow to turn a gba game into a virtual console game, and that allows to create a banner. And I'm using a nds forwarder that works nicely.
What I mean by "sound" is that when you put your cursor on it, a nds game goes "dun dun" like a nintendo ds when you boot it; but a 3ds game will make a custom sound depending on the game.
I wouldn't ask for something as elaborated as a 3d banner like ACNL, Pokémon rumble world or Miitopia, but just a big rectangular picture would look neater than just the small, square nds cartridge's icon.
