Guys, I need your help on this problem. I need to defeat this strong, dragon Pokemon in my ultra moon. But he's too strong! Can any of you help me?

If playing the Ultra games, simply send something bulky with a spread move like Earthquake or better yet Pixelate Hyper Voice if you have one, then spam the Rotom Boost that gives you +1 in everything and just wipe the floor with it! Pokemon like Mimikyu also work wonders against it since it's immune to 2 or it's 3 attacking moves and can one-shot it with Play Rough...
