i was power off the 3ds after it a hold x and then power on again.

IS it the right way to do or i need first to press start to save the luma?
Or other way may'be?

If you set up the luma menu yeh press start to save. Then power off 3ds. Then hold x and power on 3ds

Is not enough space left on the sd card after i selected auto ctrnand transfer.

Sell your 3DS and buy one with 11.2. 11.3 is unhackable (basically). Or wait for sighax.

are you serious? i did every step from the 2.1. till to 9.2. this can't be the end i guess

i have still acces to fbi files. How come i came to the latest firmware?

If you're on 11.3, fasthax is patched, safehax is patched, hardmods are patched, dsiware downgrade patched, the only way to go back to 11.2 is if you already had a9lh and luma and working nand backup.

Do you mean the .app files for fbi?
If you can boot into hourglass9, dump HS.app inject those into health and safety.

I did this the last from the 3ds guide:

1. Open FBI
2. Select “SD”
3. Select “files9”
4. Select “<current directory>”
5. Select “Install and delete all tickets”
6. Wait. The system may appear to freeze, just give it time.
7. Press (A) to confirm
8. Press (B) to decline installing tickets from CDN.
9. Exit with the home button

i did not get a freeze and in one time i am on 11.03.0.36E . How comes and what i can do to go back please?

If you have FBI, and it's shown in the home menu. it means that you have CFW and you are safe regardless if you are 11.3.0-36E. Not everyone gets a freeze continue with the guide. just continue following the guide.

If you can access FBI, open CTR NAND and see if there is an arm9loaderhax.bin file. If there isn't, move the arm9loaderhax.bin file from the root of your sd card to ctr nand.

You installed A9LH ON 2.1. Then you did CTR Transfer to 9.2. Then you updated the system as the guide tells you to so of course you are on 11.3. If you did all of what I said, THEN YOU HAVE CFW.

You can't even do CTR Transfer without A9LH lol .. You already have it -_-.

Go back to the "Installing A9LH" guide and finish the damn thing. You need to inject FBI to the system, configure Luma etc.
