Hardware Homebrew Launcher stuck always in "the homemenu ropbin is ready"

Successful, i installed without any problem oot3dhax, but now the problem is everytime i launch the exploit, always stuck in "the homemenu ropbin is ready" and back to home screen menu, also, i used PowerSaves 3DS.
My 3DS is 11.0.0.34U
Any idea? :c
PS: I don't have any access to Homebrew Launcher since BrowserHax has been patched in .34U
And i don't know about ropbin and otherapp bins
