Homebrew [homebrew]kSketch - My first homebrew

Pretty much, it's an etch a sketch on the 3DS, and my first homebrew. I was extremely bored so I decided to mess around with that thing I found earlier. I wonder if this actually works on an actual 3DS? Can someone test it because my 3DS is 9.2, and I don't have have Cubic Ninja. Have fun
Oh, and because the bottom screen flashes like hell(on emulator, I have no idea on actual 3ds, or if this actually works at all)don't play this if you are prone to seizures. I don't want to hurt anyone, lol.

This isn't supposed to be something amazing, it's just something random that I made.
Bug: If you press two of the d-pad buttons to make it go diagonally, it will go through the side of the screen that you were on.

tested it on ninjhax, works well, the clear screen sometimes doesnt work, but if you change colours it seems to, the bottom screen does flicker but its not that bad. also the colours are mixed up green is blue pink is yellow blue is pink red is green but white is white.

Yea, I noticed that even on the emulator, and thanks a lot for testing it.
The way I cleared the screen is very, very gheto, lmfao.

there is 3d when you turn it on but adjusting the slider doesn't do anything, also should mention that the icon and title does show up in the homebrew channel, and press start to exit works.Also just notcied when i move the cursor to the top of the screen of the bottom screen it shows up on bottom line of the top screen, and it draws on the very bottom of the bottom screen.

I tested that all on 3dmoo, but it's good to know that it works on actual hardware.
By the way, when you fill the screen up with a lot of lines, does it start flashing a lot faster?

Yea, I should have mentioned that it does that if you press two of the D-Pad buttons to make it go diagonally, it goes through the screen.

This is really cool, maybe there's a way to make it so you shake the 3ds to erase to picture. Might not be possible from a userland exploit

I think that would be a really cool idea, I don't know if there is gyroscope support, I'll have to take a look at ctrulib.
I'm pretty sure there will be support if there isn't already, because doesn't ninjahax pretty much give you the same permissions that an actual game would have? Or am I missinformed about that?

I have no idea, I just like to give homebrew developers ideas for making things cooler. I would love to be able to code a homebrew, but alas no experience. Only experience with coding I have it very very basic html and that was a long time ago.

I'm in the same boat, I have only learned basic Java in school and I'm using that knowledge to do this, I like your idea, because I enjoy to go above and beyond, even though I probably won't even be able to achieve what you suggested. Though I can assure you that I will be improving this homebrew so that it doesn't flash, uses the top screen(so that 3d is usable hopefully) , etc.
