Since the DSi has more ram than the DS Lite would it be possible to play a homebrew game that would require slot 2 ram extension on the DS Lite to play it on the DSi?

Don't flame, i'm just to damn lazy to figure this out for my self, lol.

In theory, perhaps. We won't really know until DSi mode is hacked, as right now we don't have access to that 16 MB of RAM and we don't know how it can be used.
