Homebrew Homebrew Channel (icon, xml, elf) apps packages thread

Guyz this is all awesome....

But I was wondering how can I convert a .wad to a .elf and convert a .elf back to a .wad ?

And will it be possible to play the vc games off the homebrew channel instead of installing the games with wad installer ?

THX!

duh,,,,,,use an emulator and wait for wii64

Why do you want to do that?

No i don't think it will ever possible to play VC Games off the homebrew channel.

why would you want that? as far as im concerned the emulators other than wii64 has more features than those vc games

The GenPlus emulator does not save on SD card? 'Cause I can't.

I think it's looking for a Gecko. Any of you guys can save on the sd card?

Okay guys, seems like my MFE Pack is problematic because I stupidly forgot to put the MFE folder that goes in the root of the SD. I'm uploading the fixed version.

edit: It's uploaded in RapidShare and uploading on SKH's server.

Click on the icon for Rapidshare

Click on the icon for SKH's Fast European Server

I accidentally uploaded it twice on SKH's server. The one that has capital MFE works. The other, I think it's corrupted.
I already updated my own fix to the problems and put it on the front page(updated the link). I tested it and it works fine. So i'll leave it for now.
The only part unchanged was the icon
Uhh, okay, guess I worked for nothing

I'm trying that package (the one just above) of MFE on the homebrew channel as we speak. It's already frozen twice (about thirty seconds in). Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Nope. According to the manual the option is there (it is) but doesn't work. The manual is right.
