Awesome BG, the snake looks cool too. A little buggy when turning, but on the right track. I really like it. Maybe in the future, since your using mario for a BG, maybe use a piraña plant for the snake and have it eating little marios. Piraña plant could have a vine that increases in length each time you eat mario.
