Hi I'm tw_fan I'm new here. I actually came here to get help with my new R4 3DS Upgrade SDHC Revolution Gold Pro2019. I can't find the right software for my R4 card. Whenever I try to start it, it just shows an sd card with a question mark and menu underneath

I've tried multiple websites but none of them worked. I already tried asking in another forum but didn't get any helpful answers. This R4 card isn't my first but I couldn't find the newest software for my flashcard

Could you please help me ?

Where did you buy it from? Usually the site you buy it from has its kernel available for download.

It seems to be the same card as listed here

Ask those guys to send you the current fw as you can see they provided it to someone else

R4 3DS upgrade for 3DS... Gold Pro 20xx is one of the carts from r4isdhc.com. The date on the sticker is updated each year - the hardware itself not. They run all the same kernel.

Extract the content of the archive to the root of your SD. Or do you prefer the German version?

Make sure your micro-SD is formatted FAT32; also try a different micro-SD.
If you are using Windows and have an SD bigger than 32 GB use Guiformat because (modern) Windows will not format drives bigger than 32GB with FAT32.

Thank you for mentioning this. I thought it was your comment I already replied to so I didn't paid attention to their comment. Let's hope it works. I'm not sure but these files seem familiar to me

Using Windows right click on the SD card in computer and click format. It should have an option for ntfs and fat32. Pick fat32.

Also before you do that right click on the card and go to properties and check what it is currently formatted to.

Just looked it up it*s already on Fat32. I never changed anything on my old sd card so it's impossible for it to have a different format since I usually used this sd card for my old smartphone

I don't know what you mean by root and I don't think you understand German
