Hacking HG SS Save problem in usa rom

On g6 real, it says "backup memory failed, you can play but you can't save". is their anyways i can fix this? thanks.

there is a file on youtube tht someone has uploaded. it allows saving on my g6real and on my m3simply.however it does crash periodically. so save often. when i get home from work,if u havent found it by then i will find the link for it.

use the mediafire links. like i said. it caused it to start working for me.the saves anyway. will still freeze periodically
