hey all:)
i was recommended to you by a guy called Sean from tehbums.net.

it's payday on monday, and im looking to buy a DS lite with a flashcart.
money isnt an option, but the right flashcart is.
i've been looking into it, mainly on your site (which is excellent btw) and im quite interested in the CycloDS Evo.

basically, i would like some advice on whether that's the right one to buy, what microSD card or SDHC card i should buy, and where from.
i wouldn't be using the DS for music, but maybe for some films, definately homebrew and backed up games.

any help would be much appreciated:D

Hey hey!

Sean here ;]

Welcome to GBAtemp! Check out the NDS - Flashing Hardware and Software Subforums for Flashcart talk.

Ask any questions related to the Cyclone there, doubt you'll get much in the Intro forum.

Need anything, give me a PM here or on techbums :]

I'm using an R4 myself as you already know. But like I said, to me they're 'last-gen' now. The Cyclone and TTDS are probably the main 'next-gen' flashcarts. Be sure to check out both sections in the link I gave you!

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    nope

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
