Hacking Help with SSBB and cios rev 14

personally i would of kept rev14 and installed cIOS222/224 to play problem games like SSBB, Conduit and any other game that bugs with rev 14

The problem is that cios 222 and 223 DINDNT work for me...(read all the thread plz)

ive read thru the thread i dont see how its not working other than a user error, i have 222 rev4 and 223 rev3 and dont have any problems
