Hacking Help with (possibly) bricked 2DS

A friend of mine needs help with his 2DS with CFW, he was playing Super Mario 3D Land (cia) when suddenly his console froze, made a buzzing noise and turned off. Now everytime he tries to turn it on the blue led stays light up but there's nothing on the screen. Is it bricked? Did the 2DS break? Is there something we can do to fix it?

Just tried every option. Still not working.

We also tried taking out the wifi card and putting it back in and it still has the same issue.

• Console turn on when SD card isn't inserted? Or what happens (the same or another different thing)?
• Could you at least enter to GodMode9 (pressing START while booting) or to Luma settings (pressing SELECT while booting)

Does not turn on without SD card. Tried both methods and no change. I don't know what else to do honestly.
Only different result is when is turned on with sleep mode on, it does not light up the led but I guess it doesn't mean anything.

Please try with a new/different SD card and this post.

If it doesn't works, then you should use NTRBoot method to load GodMode9, and then use CTRTransfer or CTRTransfer - Type D9.

PS: When you turn on the console can you hear any crack/pop type of sound/noise or something like that?
