Hacking help with my first swich hack

i traded my patched switch for a unpatched switch sn xaw1001097. i made 2 paper clip jigs. when i hold vol up and power the switch doesnt power on. i bought a ihome usbc to female usb standard so i can hook my lg g stylo android phone to the switch. i have rekado installed and a fusee test.bin on the phone. the phone will chirp and ask for permissions if i power up the switch normally and hook up the cellphone to the switch. but thats where im stuck. if i put the switch in rcm and hook the cell up usb notjing happens on the phone

Does your phone support OTG?

Edit for googling: It appears that some variants of that phone do and some do not support OTG which you will need to mount the package from your phone.

i have a metropcs version of the lg g stylo witch i think doesnt support otg

i also have a galaxy tablet tab 4 7inch but i dont think its otg compatable either. maybe ill just use my pc but need a different usbc adapter :/?

That seems like the best solution. I would just get a USB A male to USB C cable then you dont need an adapter.

ok i bought a new usb c cable to hook up the switch to my laptop. was able to inject and push payloads and installed emummc and atmosphere....i had done my emummc and nand backups before i linked a nnid and downloaded a few demos. so now im making a new emummc

ok so im still very new to the switch homebrew world. i have the latest atmosphere running, made a nand backup and emummc on my new 256gb sd card. i applied sig patches and tested a generic nsp game from the internet and it runs fine. i used goldleaf to dump my super mario oddysey and pkmn lets go eevee game carts, but goldleaf gives a error when trying to install them. i did extract my prod keys during my inital cfw install. any help as to why i cant install my own dumps?
