Hi everybody
For the past two days, i was searching for information and fix's to the underscan problem that some wii users have in most games and homebrew with their 16:9 tv's (and in some cases, like mine, in their 4:3 tv's) and i found out this code:
rmode = VIDEO_GetPreferredMode(NULL);

//removes the border
rmode->viXOrigin = 0;
rmode->viWidth = 720;

VIDEO_Configure(rmode);
So i was thinking, would it be possible to create some kind of patcher that would magicly patch any homebrew progam/game with this code (assuming it really works) and resolve the problem with underscan? better yet, would it be possible to apply this to games?
Please help, im really desperate with this situation, the black bars are frustating

Also, would it be possible to add this line of code in some loader program (like a usb loader) to apply to the game? like it was some option as "force ntsc" or "force pal60hz"

    I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
