[HELP] Synchro OFW ACNH Island with CFW

Hey,

I ask here because I search all the day without finding an answer.

I create an Emummc before downloading ACNH on my OFW, so ACNH doesn't appear on my CFW (it's a legit e-shop version).
And I block nintendo server So I can't connect to e-shop to redownload it on the CFW.

First question : How to import my OFW island (and game btw) to CFW
(Can I launch the game without internet too ?)

Second question : How to cheat on ACNH and send all my given stuff to a legit switch (my friend) ?

Sorry for these dumb question I just start modding my switch, And I think forgotten to do a Backup of my NAND is it dangerous ?
