Maybe some file got corrupted on the SD card.
The CFW needs some files on the SD card to start.
I'm not sure if the Switch has an emergency shutdown procedure that unmounts the SD card when it runs out of power.
This might have broken something in the filesystem of the SD card.
Just check the SD card itself on a PC and see if the required files are there.
The makers of the modchip also have a manual that might point out what is needed on the SD card.
I believe they also have instructions on how to set up the modchip again.
