ROM Hack [HELP]Starting to translate

I just decided to translate DQM2 for 3ds, even if it takes a year to reach this goal.
Now i want to know what tools do i need to make it.
Got the 3dsexplorer and extracted romfs.bin,exefs.bin,exheader.bin and ncchinfo.bin.all decrypted
is there a tutorial i can use or is there a difference of structure in every game?
Is there a way to get the xorpad files using GW?
