Installing data suit freezing has been already resolved for several days.
If you stuck on it, your information is not up to date.

I mean, on the latest nightly that I used, I don't know anything about newer versions
I believe that one was cbd97b4
Anyway, the OP must not have the firmware files placed in the correct location.

Your information does be outdated.
The version fixed data suit issue is cbec77e (1027) or later.

As I posted before, NATIVE FIRM 4 error only happens on the updates in recent a week, including cbd97b4 (1026), cbec77e (1027) and ac330f0 (1103).
To resolve this issue, people should
- Use the latest cdn_firm.py to generate the "firm" folder
- Manually download 0004013800000202's CETK
- Put CETK inside the firm folde
- Put firm folder inside rxtool folder

I have the latest version of rxTools and I had the same problem. In order to solve it, use the cdn_firm.py file. Then you will get a folder 'firm' with 3 files inside. Copy/Cut the folder to the rxTools folder in your SD card. Then it should work fine.

Okay, but that doesn't change what I said. He hasn't placed the firm directory in the correct location

On the latest nightly you are supposed to copy the entire "firm" directory into the rxTools directory on your SD card.

Everyone, I finally got it working because I did not put the "firm" folder into rxtools folder. That was my only problem. Well anyways, thank you everyone for helping me out; I really appreciate the concern within the community.

I just have a couple of questions whenever I am in rxTools emuNAND:

1) Since I got .cia games installed from GW and is on rxTools, can I play the games that are not from my region?
2) Can I install .cia files from BigBlueMenu in rxTools emuNAND?
3) How do I access rxMode if I am holding L to get into rxTools emuNAND?

EDIT: Also, I apologize for the late reply today. I am practicing for a sm4sh tournament at my school tomorrow so I came back home late.

1. You need Free Multi Patcher. If you want to play region-free DLC, you need NTR 3.0 + language plugin either.
2. If BigBlueMenu is .3DS, then no. Otherwise it's yes.
3. What's the purpose you press L? Booting Themehax or entering rxTools menu?

2. I have it .cia file so I'm good.
3. Entering rxTools menu and the reason is that I want to convert .3ds files into .cia because certain games (KH3D) are not digital but only retail.

1. Search in GBATEMP.
2. OK.
3. Use common sense to find it out. rxTools menu is GUI so I can't imagine who is unable to find out the booting option.

I always criticize the Chinese users who are too lazy to find it themselves, since the option is not as difficult as Devmode to find and it only requires primary school English.

EDIT: I was able to play my .cia Cave Story (E) on my 2DS(U).

Anyway, I'm leaving this question. If you really don't know how to enter rxMode emuNAND in rxTools menu, please ask another person who may be a middle school student but already known this.

I managed to find a download for KH3D in CIA format a week or so ago. Look a little harder, it's there
