As title says, I'm very new to this and I also have trouble processing/searching for information due to mental conditions. How am I supposed to launch pkmn-chest through TWiLight Menu++?

"Pokémon Chest is an app for the DS(i) that can store and edit Pokémon in the DS Pokémon games."
I found various sites just by searching "pkmn-chest" if you want more info than the blurb, hope this is something!

Simply put the pkmn-chest.nds file anywhere on your SD card, then load it from TWiLight Menu++. See the wiki page for more info.

However, on 3DS you're generally better off using PKSM as it's designed for 3DS and thus able to take advantage of the 3DS's hardware better, where pkmn-chest is made for DS/DSi. To install PKSM simply scan the QR code in the release notes in FBI, it also has a wiki with more info.
