ROM Hack [HELP NEED]4º Gen Pokémon Evolution Editor

Hi everyone, i am making a 4º generation evolution editor, like Evolution editor from PokeSpam, but able to edit the evolutions of all 4º Gen Games (D/P/Pt/HG/SS) .
I am writing the program in C# and using Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Express Edition to make it.
The GUI part is completed, there is a screenshot:


Now i need help with the rest, becuase i don't know how to edit a nds file using C#.
So, i need help with the follw things:
- Open the file in the right way
- Edit the file using the ComboBoxs and the Radio Buttons
- Save the file in the right way.
- Detect the game header and using it to write the game name on the indicated box
