Hi, I have recently downloaded unlaunch to install hiyaCFW but everytime I try to install unlaunch it shows me "MISMATCH IN FAT COPIES" I tried deleting all dsiware downoladed with twlnf it didnt work i tried formatting the dsi it didnt work I don't know how to fix this issue.

Did you make a NAND backup before using twlnf to modify your NAND?

Yes, I made one using sudokuhax Ill go search for it.
And what happends if I don't have the nand backup before I started using twlnf?

It sounds like you can either risk your DSi and update or it will work just fine. It all depends on if you want to take that chance.

Wait did you updated the dsi and then installed unlaunch? And It bricked? Or it bricked when you update it?

I installed a version of Unlaunch without write protection on the ticket with TWLnf, since the installer didn't work because of mismatched fat copies. I wanted to update, but we couldn't do that with TWLnf, so I uninstalled Unlaunch (to avoid the data management brick) and copied all my DSiWare to SD, deleted them, and copied them back. However, this still resulted in mismatched fat copies, so I tried updating to undo the 1.4 downgrade I had made in preparation for RocketLauncher. However, midway through it errored, shut down, and would only boot up to black screens. I even tried calling nintendo support about that error, but they didn't know what it meant.

I don't think that calling Nintendo would be a good idea. Just hardmod it.

What about your NAND? What are you doing with it?

For some reason I made ton of nand backups in case of bricking (because im afraid that the console gets bricked because its THE ONLY WORKING ds that I have.) and well, I'm still searching for it. I might aswell use recuva.

So you tried to update when you had unlaunch installed?
