This video was posted almost a month ago. Comments have been disabled on the video. The "download link" assures you it has passed a virus scan before you download it, and the link to download "WinRAR" doesn't link to RARLabs.

Please at least take a short peek at the first page of topics before falling for something like this again in the future.

No, it is not, and just by googling you could've seen that the second result says it's fake :P Locked, hopefully this will be the last thread of its kind.
