I want to hardmod my n3ds by my self and I bought all tools I need but there is something I must use in soldering (rosin core), is it the cable or the flux?
The flux I bought (pic in attachments)
And I bought a solder cable but I don't know if its rosin or acid (how to tell?)
the person I bought the tools from gave me some old boards to learn on them
Please help does the rosin core mean flux or the soldering cable?

I don't think that is flux. Solder paste is actually an alternative form of soldering tin that's used in professional manufacturing. Unless it's just the bad English that's confusing me.
If you have flux, you don't strictly need rosin core solder. They are both designed to do the same job. However it might make soldering easier if you have rosin core solder as well.

Flux / paste its the same thing. you're possibly thinking of liquid solder which hardens via hot air / baking oven.

Make sure the usb has the sd card attached to it. use whatever you want for a ground.

I did the half way for soldering help me with the the other half please
Is this your first time soldering? It looks like it, I really suggest you practice on other things first or just commission someone it to do it for you, the actual 3DS part of the operation is much harder and finicky and as far as I remember requires some pretty fine soldering.

Keep in mind, if you mess up in any way you can quite easily cause irreversible damage
