Hacking Help extracting 75.app

OK this is doing my head in

Ive dumped my NAND and NAND-key with WiiNDv2 and got the img file

ran NAND extractor but zestig.exe keeps getting a access violation and will not extract anything
tried running as admin still no luck

is there a easy way to do this
