Hacking HELP Dump Private header for sky3ds, got 9.5 firmware

What are my options??? I really wanted some dlc for fire emblem but since I got firmware 9.5 Sky3ds it is.

Well, I did search but eveything was about 9.2. Thats why I raised the question. I tried using powersaves but it just didnt work for me. Tried for a while with help of Darkflare n still couldt fine the 00 00 00 88 bytes. So I cant dump my header I guess.

So, I've started to look into different ways to get a header from powersaves...
But, I've also been looking into a way of using a ds mode flashcart and wifi to either dump the rom or just to extract the header
