Hacking [HELP] Can i SysTransfer a banned OLD3DS to a NEW3DS?

So my friend console got banned last BANWAVE. He got a NNID for POKEBANK.

If him systransfer from a OLD3DS to a NEW3DS (BRAND NEW)
LocalFriendCodeSeed from NEW3DS will be banned too?

Should i backup LocalFriendCodeSeed and replace before systransfer.?

And about pokebank, NNID can we use at brand new 3DS?

I think you should probably unban your friend's console using @DarkFlare69's tutorial on YouTube (just Google "Flare Games Unban Avoid 002-0102").

It's unwise to transfer LocalFriendCodeSeed from banned to a new console, might get you banned too.
