II would like to know if you are familiar with any tools for exporting and importing texts from DS games like Avalon Code, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Rings of Fate, and Final Fantasy: Four Heroes of Light. If anyone knows about tools for these games, please send them to me. I would really like to translate them as they are fantastic games, and I would love to have them in my native language

If tools exist, then I doubt they'll be hidden anywhere. Look around and see if anyone else has already made translation patches for those games; you might be able to ask the people responsible if they have tools that they haven't released.

Otherwise, you might consider using the auto-translator feature in Retroarch, though of course that will not let you run the games on original hardware.

Okay, Thanks

You can use some tools to extract the .nds file first, and herein lies the fun. Some games are straightforward to translate, others are...difficult. Perhaps, you can start by using hex editor and Kruptar7. There's a thread here that talks about that, if I recall.

If you're asking if there are specific tools for certain games? Well, some communities sometimes make them, but not all games do.
