Not entirely sure why, but my switch shows as 0 percent in hekate and it's driving me nuts. I don't see any damaged traces around the CPU either like in this thread https://gbatemp.net/threads/fresh-installed-hwfly-oled-hekate-show-battery-0-0-amp-current.641455/. Any suggestions?
It's not reading any voltage at all. Is it reading normally in HOS?
I would guess the same as the person above, the MAX17050 fuel gauge is completely dead, or the I2C interface traces are damaged. It's not even giving a temperature reading.
HOS shouldn't boot up with no readings. If only Hekate has issues with it, I can't rule out that it's just some sort of Hekate bug.

Bad fuel gauge ic?
Broken signal lines to the fuel gauge ic?
Do you happen to have a guide/blueprint where I can use a multimeter to troubleshoot? Thanks!

It doesn't even want to boot to stock OS :(

Take a look at the edges of the shield of the CPU.
When removing the shield with a screwdriver, you might have unintentionally damaged the trace from the MAX17050 to the CPU.
Look at this picture to get some idea :

I'll have to take a look again, but I'm pretty sure i didn't find any damaged traces.
