Hi guys , sorry to ask but i have an issue that i tried to solve to no avail ( switch oled )

I currently have battery desync,
At first my battery has issue which is if i charge not full example (87-99%) the ui it suddenly will change to 100% automatically but it still run and turned off normally at 0%

Then i thought this must be the mismatched and after searching find the battery desync fix nx

I try to follow the guide there :
Open emummc - charge it to 100% - Open app - reset call - use it till low battery show up

In first step it cause new problem suddenly it shut down at 52% - i keep positive and think its part of process i charge it in hekate with the screen turn off. Btw when its on ( auto rcm ) its already on 52% again in hekate. I charge it with saturation (6 hours )

On second cycle it turn off again in 51%

I think there is something wrong here.. is there any step that i misread

Sorry to make thread i search here and there but still couldnt find the answer

Thank you

The remaining % is just an estimate based on the voltage of the battery.
When batteries get old or go bad, this method becomes unreliable.

In Hekate you can check how many charge cycles your battery did.
Console Info -> Battery

Above 500 cycles, batteries can go bad and behave strange like instant charging or sudden loss of power.
If your battery did already +500 cycles, it's time to just replace it.

This is my last battery screenshot im at around 200+ cycle , for my case i think it take the % from the MaH . This screenshot is from the 2nd cycle (100 [battery desync X button used here] -0-100-0 ( this step )

Did you do 2 full charge cycles as mentions in the description?
Also note all the other conditions for making the calibration work :

Yes i have ,

- Im confused after it turned off due to 0 battery and we plug unplug when it turned on in hekate again should it show the last battery indicator (ex. Mine died at 52% so when it automatically turned on again it show already 52%) Or should it be 0% - in the full charge cycle step

- am i doing some step wrong here ? Should we press the recalibrate battery when then battery indicator not 100% or like the one previously i try i charge it to 100% first before press X to calibrate the battery

hey any updates if you got it working somehow? i'm doing some charge cycles still to see if it goes back to normal

Are you using eos, or anything to overclock. I had this problem when i installed a new battery and it will shut off at 31%. Mine was due to undervolting to much.

Nope still the same , after few charge cycle does it get better ?
I think i managed to fix it! I played until it died and then i turned it on again, launched battery desync fix and pressed X, after that i restart to hekate and drain all of the remaining battery there, until it doesnt even show a single battery icon and its completely dead, i left it without charging for about 30 min then i put it to charge, when hekate started i straight away started CFW EMUMMC and let it charge there, i noticed it was charging more slowly, and when it was like 98% it stopped charging, then i restarted to hekate and suddenly it jumped to 100% with the corrected values (it should be a little below or above) then it was all corrected with the hekate values on HOS too, saved with A and all that its left is trying to see if it really fixed by doing a new charge cycle. I wonder if you can just charge it all the way in hekate and the values will also be correct, anyway, that was the way i had most success yet

Lemme try this , afrer u save did it operate till 0% or at random number suddenly die ?

it run until 0%, it probably recalibrates fully because the battery is totally dead so it counts correctly, if you go back to hekate and its still charging in high voltage (4208mV) simply unplug and plug again to stop and jump to 100%

Hi! I signed up on this site just to say thank you! The method you described helped me, at least partially! Yay!
Before, my console would shut down at 25% without warning (a full-screen battery icon would appear), then it got even worse and would shut down at 50%. I timed my play sessions and it seemed to me that the battery was fine, and the problem was just with the display of battery %.
In the end, I managed to get the console to shut down when the battery reaches 10–12%. This is much better, since a low-battery warning appears and the shutdown isn’t sudden.
Thank you!
