It disappeared because it successfully installed. But since FBI is not a legitimate application, the home menu suppresses it by default.

Use minipasta to reboot the console with sigchecks disabled. You'll see H&S/FBI pop right up as it should.

It's on sysNAND because i'm trying to copy over a DSIware game I bought on the eShop. (sysNAND is 9.2, emuNAND is 10.6 w/ CakesFW) miniPasta worked for me.

Yeah, I was just installing some dsiware to my sysnand today as well. Trying to put games that were legit and downloaded using funkycia's tool back on there, but found out they won't work unless I use minipasta first, heh.
